Binding Terms. By using Grinners and, in particular, by creating, accepting, or settling a bet, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Legal Terms, our acceptable use rules, and any policies referenced herein.
No Harm / No Damage. You must not create, propose, accept, facilitate, or otherwise participate in any bet that could reasonably be expected to cause or incite physical or mental harm to any person, animal, or other living being, or to result in damage, loss, or destruction of property. Bets must be friendly, consensual, and non-harmful.
Compliance with Law. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of Grinners complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction, including those related to wagering, gaming, skill competitions, consumer protection, privacy, and data security. Grinners does not provide legal advice and does not represent that use of the platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.
KYC & Eligibility. Grinners may require identity verification and age checks (KYC) and may limit or suspend access if you do not satisfy eligibility, risk, or compliance criteria. You agree to provide accurate information and authorize Grinners or its service providers to perform the checks required to comply with applicable laws.
Prohibited Conduct. Without limitation, the following are prohibited: (i) bets that involve violence, self-harm, exploitation, cruelty, defamation, or property damage; (ii) bets that promote illegal activity, harassment, hate, or discrimination; (iii) attempts to manipulate outcomes through fraud or coercion; (iv) use of stolen, laundered, or otherwise illicit funds; and (v) attempts to circumvent platform rules, limits, or controls.
Financial Risk & No Advice. Bets involve risk of loss. Grinners provides a facilitation tool only and does not offer financial, legal, or investment advice. You should not wager funds you cannot afford to lose.
Platform Role; Disputes. Except where required by law, Grinners is not a party to bets between users and does not guarantee outcomes, enforcement, or recovery. Grinners may, at its discretion, freeze or reverse transactions, or restrict accounts in response to suspected abuse, fraud, or legal process.
Fees & Forfeitures. Platform fees, including forfeiture fees where applicable, are described in the product interface and may change from time to time. You consent to such fees being assessed in accordance with the posted schedule.
Termination. Grinners may suspend or terminate access, or remove content, for suspected violations of these Terms or applicable law.
Changes. We may update these Terms from time to time. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Fees. Upon settlement of a bet following expiry and mutual acceptance of the outcome, Grinners may assess a platform fee of ten percent (10%) of the total wager. In circumstances where the parties are unable to agree on an outcome and elect to forfeit, a forfeiture fee of twenty‑five percent (25%) of the total wager applies, allocated pro rata at twelve‑and‑one‑half percent (12.5%) to each wagering party, with the balance returned. If neither party accepts or forfeits within seven (7) days following the stated expiry time, Grinners may designate the bet as Forfeited for purposes of fee assessment and record‑keeping. Fees are subject to change at Grinners’ discretion.
No Waiver; Compliance. Users are responsible for compliance with applicable law and the platform terms. Nothing herein obligates Grinners to enforce, mediate, or resolve disputes between users, and Grinners may suspend or reverse transactions where fraud, abuse, or regulatory concerns are suspected.
